Week7 – Research poster 2
The research poster is due on Monday week8. Since we only have conducted 1 research method (survey) we need to collect more informations to support our topic, and put them on the poster.
To do list:
Dinda and Mario to record the survey from Zoomerang.
Each individuals to collect information to be put on the poster and submit it to Mario or Dinda to collate and design the poster.
Week8 – Conduct research method2
We’ll be conducting a focus group at Frits’ place as part of our second research method. We are going to invite 4 participants from different ages and backgrounds so we can collect opinions from different view.
To do lists:
Mario – Make list of the mediums; respond sheet contain our abstract, Montage content in different mediums
Dinda – Montage content in different mediums
Frits – Montage content in different mediums
Week9 – Research method3 and proposal
The proposal is due on Tuesday week 10.
We’ll be drawing some ideas what medium are we going to use and expand the functions of a particular medium based on the responses that we got from the focus group. Thereafter we’ll be conducting 2 different types of experiment. a) looking at the fun aspect we would like to make ‘follow the signs’ game and interview each of the participants. b) make the environment as being the medium, expand its function and observe how people respond to it.
To do lists:
Each individuals to come up with a few ideas what medium are going to use either based on the previous focus group results or other resources
Dinda and Mario to provide the materials to experiment and conduct the experiment
Frits to start with the proposal
Collate workbook to submit on week10
Week10 – Research method3 and proposal
Start to work on the final outcomes
Week11 – Design outcomes
Work on the final outcomes
Week12 – Design outcomes
Basically all design outcomes need to be done by the end of this week.
We are going to print @eplot and get the packaging done at Whites Law.
Frits, Dinda & Mario to finalized the book and get it bind
Dinda – get the poster series done, arrange with Dinda’s brother to help us doing the music for the TVC so it’s a copyright free.
Mario – get the tvc done.
Week13 – Presentation
Monday:
Mario and Dinda to print all of the publication at Eplot and get it bind.
Frits – to finalize the pocket for the poster series and the cd holder + another cd pocket for the indexed archive. and also finally to finalize the pdf presentation.
Wednesday/Thursday:
Mario to put together all the indexed archive by building the menu in flash
Dinda and Frits – collect all the materials to be put on the archive and send it to Mario.
Our formal presentation is commences at 4.30pm on Thursday.
*Group members are required to be there at least 45 minutes before the presentation.
